just wondering... i play every day in our server for at least 3-5hrs on and off and RKC's new server has many new players which do not follow rules. I enforce them by telling them not to do so but they dont listen. maybe its because they see that RCR members arent admins so they do as they please. it just really irritates me when im in the server alone as an RCR member playing with others that dont follow rules and i cant do nothing about the problems that occur.

well... if its not a big deal, can i at least get some info. on how to speak to everyone in the server to show to some authority? i was gonna ask this first but i didnt see anyone suggest something similar. if not then we can just forget this topic was never made... sorry if i caused any type of trouble.
